Was Your Business Impacted by the Optus Outage?

Optus and SME's

Optus customers that were affected by an outage to its mobile network, fixed line network, and overseas roaming since the early hours of Wednesday 8 November, can make a complaint with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman.

If you have not contacted Optus, or you have been unable to contact them, the Ombudsman can forward your complaint to Optus on your behalf.

The Ombudsman can help you with refunds for the time you have been unable to use your service, compensation claims and disputes about your contract.

Small businesses are advised to retain documentary proof of any loss (receipts etc.)
