Business Southern Highlands announces Guest Speaker Karen Darling, CEO of ROI Solutions, as part of their Small Business Month Activities.
Karen Darling, an expert in governance, risk and compliance, will speak at Business Southern Highlands’ October monthly networking event – Six Degrees of Separation, on Thursday, 19th October 2023, at Merrigangs Bar and Distillery, Bowral.
Karen owns consultancy ROI Solutions, now based in Southern Highlands, and will provide a brief session on the changing privacy landscape, information security and cyber risk to support you and your small business in managing your privacy risks.
This session could not be timelier, as changes to privacy obligations for small businesses were part of the reforms announced by the Federal Government last week. Become informed on what you can do now to manage your privacy risk and confident on how to implement it for your small business.
The session will be followed by networking and a chance to catch up with other small businesses in the area whilst enjoying a light snack plus FREE gin tasting.
