Lee is the Simply Strata Licensee. She has extensive strata management experience. She has a paralegal background, was Marketing Manager for a medium Strata Management Agency – expanding its business threefold. She also holds a Doctorate in Vet Science specialising in Equine.
Frank Kirkpatrick
Strata Manager
Frank has 35 years specialising in commercial law, property and strata management. He is also a keen tango dancer!
Ian Eastley
Building & Property Maintenance Control
Ian is practical, down to earth and gets things done. A background in trades, Ian has extensive experience in property maintenance and advises on qualifications required for specialist jobs.
